Integrating our brands is the next step in simplifying how we operate as one group with two engines: Definity, the services business, and Blitz, the SaaS business. This is not a reorg for the sake of it. It is a group-wide framework to reduce ambiguity, speed up decisions, and make it easier for teams to execute without guessing who owns what.
You will see a light hierarchy with explicit decision rights and a clear accountability model. The benefit to you is practical: more clarity on who decides, faster escalation when something is stuck, and fewer loops when we need approvals. We are setting clear pricing authority that matches where the work and risk sit, and we are standardizing how we handle exceptions so teams are not negotiating process in the middle of client pressure.
Operationally, we are also strengthening the one-company muscle across both Definity and Blitz. Client Operations owns current-business growth after the new-business period, and shared functions like Marketing, Human Capital, Finance, and IT support both brands through a unified operating model. Use this framework as your default. If something is unclear, raise it early so we can refine it.
